Our in-house tooling capability allows us to control the quality and efficiency of the tooling that we make for your parts. Stamping services include:

• In-house tooling
• Short to medium runs
• Up to 75 tons
• Blanking, forming, coining

Design & Consultation Services-
From concept to final product, our engineering and design services can provide you with detailed production drawings, consultation on specifications, reverse engineering or design your concept from scratch. Whether it's simple tooling designs or complex, and special machines, put our experience to work for you. Design services include:

• Full CAD/CAM Design
• Custom engineered devices from prototype
drawings to final production or individual parts

Consultation/Problem Solving-
Our knowledge of materials and fabrication will allow you to select top performing materials. We can suggest joint-free assembly, color or texture consistency issues and factory quality finishing. Put our expertise to work.

Finishing Services-
A vibratory finish is usually applied to most of the parts to remove any small imperfections. At your request, we can use sand blasting, burnishing, oxidizing, painting, electroplating, phosphatizing, polishing, anodizing or powder coating on your finished piece for your convenience.

Assembly Services-
We can assemble small to medium sized pieces to form a working, end product and package it for shipping.

Shipping/Delivery Services-
We provide fast, pickup and delivery within the local area. If you’re outside the delivery area we will charge you freight or send it UPS®. You can pick up your parts at our facility, to save on delivery charges. We are willing to stock your inventory of parts or ship parts to you in stages.
