Schenke Tool Adds to its CNC Machining & Vertical Milling Services

We have added a new Okuma Genos M560-V Vertical Machining Center to keep up with increasing demand for CNC Vertical Milling.

This vertical machine’s highly rigid, thermally stable construction causes no thermal deformation, resulting in reduced thermal growth, high accuracy and improved machining performance.

Additional features are:

• 1000 psi thru-spindle coolant (resulting in faster machining)
• Renishaw OMP400 high accuracy probe (resulting in faster setups and superior part accuracy)
• Table travel of 41” (X) x 22” (Y) x 18” (Z) (resulting in increased capacity)
• Tsudakoma 4th axis rotary indexer (resulting in increased capability.

It handles a variety of materials, from titanium to aluminum, providing high quality, cost effective parts.
