It can only be accessed by a button in our secure log that auto generates a password and dumps that password after the staff member has logged in. We have taken extreme measures to ensure that our own user is not going to be misused to harm any of our clients sites.

    Schenke Tool, located in Paradise, PA is constantly adding to our facility to keep up with increasing demand and for continuous improvement. We recently added our new Haas DM-2 CNC Machining Center, allowing us to make parts faster and resulting in reduced costs for our customers. The DM-2 is a compact, high-speed machining center built with proven Haas components and sub-assemblies. The high spindle speed is 15,000 rpm, fast feed rates (1200 rpm) & rapid speeds (2400 rpm) are more than twice that of any other machine in our shop. Tool changes in under a second give us an efficient machine to better service our customers.

    Schenke Tool Company, located in Paradise, PA, has increased its CNC Capacity by installing the Haas ST-20SSY including CNC Turning and Milling operations in one machine. The Haas Y-axis lathes provide the ability to turn and mill complex parts and perform multiple operations on a single machine – increasing throughput, reducing handling, and improving part accuracy.

Our most recent addition to our shop is the Haas VF-2SS CNC High-Speed Machining Center. The Super-Speed Vertical Machining Center has a heavy-duty yet compact design and is made in the USA. This powerful tool reduces cycle times with improved accuracy and has an ultra-fast side-mount tool changer and high-speed rapids on all axes.

    Schenke Tool Company adds a new state-of-the-art AC/DC Inverter TIG Welder in addition to our conventional MIG and Robotic welding capabilities. We can weld very precise, smooth welds on steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The welds produced are clean, eliminating time-consuming and costly clean up. Since the heat is narrowly focused on the welded area, we can offer a greatly reduced area of distortion over conventional TIG welding.
